Here's the breakdown of Alice's birthday. I think the pictures tell it all.
Yay! Alice is four now.
By the way, in case you couldn't tell--the soft Princess Leia doll was a HUGE hit.
Also, notice how very dirty and tired all of those little campers are.

I think Alice likes her Leia doll almost as much as cj likes his kite quilt.
Daisy, I had my super wonderful creative friend Jill make the princess leia doll. And it was a ton of work for her, but she did an AMAZING JOB!
And Sadie, yes, Alice did get a haircut.
I love the pictures! Her face is priceless. You may have a hard time ever topping that gift! I can't decide if she looks more like you or Sadie...but that girl is ALL REEDER! Very cute!
the expression on her face is so cute!! could she look any more like her mother? :)
two things:
(1) alice is sadie incarnate. the photographic evidence is irrefutable.
(2) i love, LOVE, the "backgrounders" in that photo where alice is blowing out the candles on her cake. oh man. they look so tired and out of it. classic.
